This was the last great decade for rhythm and blues music, but what a monumental decade it was! So many R&B songs were super huge, and rightly so. I just could not keep this playlist to my typical 21 song total, or one song per artist. Too many songs would have been left off. I think that you'll agree. So, here it is...my final version.
